In this paper we give a sufficient condition on p
so that if the cyclotomic polynomial Φm(x)
is not flat then Φmp(x) is also not flat. Also we prove a similar result to the inverse cyclotomic polynomials. We use the retults to construct some infinite families of cyclotomic/ inverse cyclotomic polynomials.
